Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices ("Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, which may be updated, suspended or terminated by iggys coffee without notice in the iggys coffee absolute and unfettered discretion. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Coffee either green, whole roast or ground, prices are GST Free, all other products, services and the applicable shipping or delivery charges will include GST. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of products on the iggys coffee website are correct at the time of online publication. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors on the website and cancel orders made at the incorrect price. Please check the availability of the item you wish to purchase. All in stock items are promoted in good faith to be available at our warehouse at the time the order is received.
The availability indicator applies to single items only, and where multiples are purchased, the shipment of the total order may be delayed. Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. Unforeseen supply issues or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. You may cancel or edit your order up until your order has been assigned to our warehouse team.
PROMOTION CODES
We may from time to time offer promotional codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. When entered on the shopping cart page, the appropriate discount is deducted from the cart total
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Should you wish to make a change to your order including substitution or addition of products, changing the delivery address or cancelling your order. This is possible only up until your order has been assigned to our store team for collating. if changes to order/s are required, please do contact us as soon as possible either by telephone (07) 3356-8887 or by e-mail to sales@iggyscoffee.com.au with the necessary details of the change required.
DELIVERY
Please take care to ensure accuracy when entering the delivery address for your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have left our store.
Delivery times on the website relate to the delivery service and do not include dispatch time. Orders placed with all stock ready to deliver will leave the iggys coffee warehouse within 2 business days. Iggys coffee delivers to Australian addresses using the Australia Post network. Delivery times quoted on our website refer to the time to deliver after the parcel has left our warehouse, and have been confirmed as supplied by Australia Post.

For delivery to company addresses or workplaces, the Company Name and Floor/Level must be included in the address details, street or road numbers must be always included for corner locations, as addresses without a street or road number will not ship, with any additional address delivery information provided to us prior to product/s leaving our store.
Please check carefully the delivery address details, as parcels cannot be redirected once they are in transit. Where an order is returned to us as unclaimed, refused or insufficiently addressed, we will contact you by email for further instruction. Please note that additional delivery charges will apply to have the order/s resent.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES
On rare occasions, we reserve the right to adjust delivery costs for large orders or bulky items. You will be contacted and asked to accept these charges before your order is dispatched. You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
SECURE PAYMENTS
We accept the following payment methods:
Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, eVouchers, Cheque, Phone Order, Money Order (EFT) Electronic funds transfer to iggys coffee bank account for invoice total amount, funds fully cleared prior to goods dispatch. Payment is taken at the point of dispatch, when all items in your order are confirmed as available. All orders either partially or fully fulfilled will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
To ensure protection of your credit card details, credit card payments are processed using a secure, third party payment gateway service run by eWay. This service is PCI-DSS compliant which is the industry standard for secure credit card payments. Credit card details are encrypted and cannot be accessed by Customer Care team. www.eway.com.au Details about our partner, PayPal can be found at www.paypal.com.au As there is sometimes a delay between placing your order and payment being taken, we appreciate that funds may not be available at the time your order is ready to be dispatched. Australian customers will receive an email requesting another method of payment. Your items will be held aside for you for a period 5 business days, before the order is cancelled. In the event that a PayPal order is cancelled, the PayPal pre authorisation will be voided.
PASSWORD PROTECTED ACCOUNT
To shop at www.iggyscoffee.com.au you will be asked to create a password protected account or you can check out as a guest. If you are a returning customer, you will be required to log onto this account. The password must be a minimum of eight characters, contain at least one capital letter, and one number. In setting up a password protected account, you agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account or password. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Iggys Coffee is committed to customer satisfaction – if you receive a product (coffee or equipment) that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply email or call us on (07) 3356-8887 - sales@iggyscoffee.com.au We will happily exchange or refund your coffee within 7 days of purchased date, provided the item/s are returned to us in their original packaging and in the original condition and unopened.
Faulty Electrical/Equipment goods must be notified of the fault within 7 days of purchase. (if saeco or bodum or any other supplier- warranty is covered by them unless product is proven to be damaged during shipping/delivery. Returns must be made within 7 days of notice. Returns must be in as new condition unless a faulty item. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable for change of mind refund. Additional delivery charges will apply for exchanges.
Please send your return item, including a copy of your receipt and a note with your instructions including tracking number to: Iggys coffee Pty Ltd Unit 6, 8 Finsbury street, Newmarket QLD 4051 Australia. Where the original payment was made by evoucher the refund will be issued to a new evoucher emailed to you. If an item arrived DOA then you should contact iggys coffee within 14 days so we can refund/exchange the item.
